This  market remains the major local market of festac town and has existed since the inception of the community. It is located at a major entrance (2nd Gate) into Festac. This is another market gaining much prominence in Festac Town. It has a unique abattoir building and its located at the end of a major road. It is less expensive compared to the Agboju

3. Mini Market (72Road Market:)
    This is a relatively new market in the community although gaining much patronage. Its uniqueness is in its availability of fresh fruits and tomatoes.

4. Festac Thursday Market:

As the name suggests, it opens only on Thursday with marketers bring in real local products from remote villages to sell in festac.One unique Product this market is known for is well processed Cassava flakes (Ijebu Garri), Snail and Palm Oil
