West Ham United are reportedly targeting Chelsea midfielders Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Carney Chukwuemeka as part of their January transfer plans.

The Hammers, currently struggling just seven points above the relegation zone, are looking to strengthen their squad after a poor start to the season.

According to The Telegraph, Dewsbury-Hall and Chukwuemeka have emerged as potential loan targets due to limited opportunities at Chelsea.

Dewsbury-Hall, 26, joined Chelsea from Leicester City for £30 million just six months ago but has seen little action, managing only 55 Premier League minutes.

Most of his appearances have been in the Conference League.

Meanwhile, Chukwuemeka, 21, who was previously on West Ham’s radar during the summer, is reportedly out of manager Enzo Maresca’s plans.

The midfielder has started just one game across all competitions this season.
