Trump responds to new Supreme Court ruling banning TikTok in US
US President-elect Donald Trump has reacted to the new ruling of the Supreme Court on banning TikTok in the US.
Recall that the US is on its’ way to banning TikTok, ByteDance, TikTok’s Chinese parent company due to national security concerns over its Chinese ownership.

The U.S. government has been pushing for TikTok to be sold to a non-Chinese entity or face the consequence of being banned from app stores, following legislation passed by Congress last year.
Donald Trump announced that he will soon decide on the operations of the TikTok platform after the Supreme Court. He however advised that the ruling of the Supreme Court must be respected.
