“Seyi Law dishonest, spreads falsehood, hate and bigotry” — Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour

Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Lagos governorship candidate for Labour Party in the 2023 election has described Seyi Law as a vile and dishonest person who spreads falsehood, hate, and bigotry.

Seyi Law had in a recent interview stated that the Labour Party governorship candidate, Gbadebo threatened to make traditional rulers “go under the bridge” if he won the 2023 governorship election in Lagos state.

However, reacting to Seyi Law’s statement, Gbadebo shared a video in which he promised to restore the authority of traditional rulers which he claimed was undermined by colonisers and adopted by subsequent governments.

Rhodes-Vivour believes that restoring the authority of traditional rulers would grant them the power to act without needing clearance from state governments.

He wrote, “Hear for yourself and decide whether to reward a party and their vile and dishonest supporters who spread falsehood, hate and bigotry. Or we can embrace a vision for Lagos where no one is left behind. #ourlagos”

In related news, Seyi Law has revealed that he lost hundreds of thousands of followers on social media for supporting President Bola Tinubu during the 2023 general elections.

The controversial comic made this known while appearing on the popular podcast, The Honest Bunch podcast which was co-anchored by skit maker Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, aka Nedu, Toun Cole, and Husband Material.
