UCL: Real Madrid pick narrow win against RB Leipzig to qualify for quarter-finals
Real Madrid managed to secure their spot in the Champions League quarter-finals after a tough battle against RB Leipzig.
The 14-time winners drew 1-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu, which was enough for a 2-1 victory on aggregate.
The first half saw Leipzig dominate the encounter, creating multiple chances to score.
However, they were unable to convert their chances, with Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin making some crucial saves and Leipzig squandering opportunities.

Real Madrid eventually found their breakthrough in the second half, with Jude Bellingham setting up Vinicius Junior for the opening goal on 65 minutes.
However, Leipzig quickly responded, as Willi Orban headed in a cross from David Raum to level the score just three minutes later.
Despite the equalizer, Real Madrid managed to hold on for the draw and secure their spot in the quarter-finals.
