Sports Minister lauds Super Falcons for picking Olympics ticket
The Minister of Sports Development, John Owan Enoh, has lauded the Super Falcons of Nigeria for picking their spot in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Senator Enoh praised the team for their courageous and tireless performance, which resulted in a goalless draw in Pretoria after a 1-0 win in Abuja last week.
Breaking a 16-year absence from the Olympics since 2008, Nigeria’s qualification marks a significant achievement against their rivals.
The Minister expressed pride in the Super Falcons’ feat, emphasizing that their exceptional performance warranted nothing less than a ticket to Paris.
