His suya shop located in south-east London, Peckham garnered significant attention from social media users after a fellow Nigerian patronized his business.
The video, posted on TikTok by @jane_peterz, shows Jane visiting the shop to support the suya seller after spotting the businessman from a TikTok live. She remarked that Peckham’s streets resemble Alaba in Lagos, drawing comparisons to Nigeria.
Jane eagerly purchased several portions of suya, expressing her excitement to taste a meal that reminded her of home.
