Maureen Esisi calls out ex-husband’s parents, reveals she and Blossom Chukwujekwu are still technically married
Popular socialite, Maureen Esisi shocks many as she reveals that she and her ex-husband Blossom Chukwujekwu are still legally married.
She revealed this in a recent interview with TheHouseChronicles where she revealed that she’s still yet to sign divorce papers.

According to her, she had wanted to end their marriage but her in-laws at the time had begged her not to, claiming that their divorce ‘is not of the Lord.’
Maureen said that when their son, Blossom Chukwujekwu told them that he wants to end the marriage, they gave him their full support.
She added that she and her husband are technically married because they never signed any divorce papers.
“My separation happened way before it went public.I am not divorced, technically I am still married. When you say you are divorced it means you signed paper right?
All I did was defend him and I wasn’t defending him because I needed to but because I regardless of whatever happened, I am never going to stop saying he is a good person.
I will call his mom and she will give me reasons why we cannot divorce and he said he was done and they were okay with it.
People say he dodged a bullet with me, but that’s extreme because if we really want to analyse things in papers I dodged a bullet,” she said.
Recall that Maureen Esisi and Blossom Chukwujekwu exchanged vows in 2015, but their marriage ultimately dissolved in 2019 as a result of fundamental differences that proved impossible to overcome.
