Why fans must not set up GoFundMe for May Edochie – Anita Joseph
Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph urges fans of the estranged wife of Yul, May Edochie not to set up a GoFundMe campaign for her amidst their children’s school fees issue.
It would be recalled that May’s lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, revealed that the polygamous actor stopped supporting or paying for their children’s school fees, leaving May to take care of all three.
Ugwuonye claimed that Yul told his daughter to ask her mother for financial support since she earns more than he does.
This news led fans and supporters to call for a GoFundMe account to help May with her children’s school fees.
Anita Joseph, however, advised fans to support May by purchasing her products and keeping her in their prayers rather than donating money.
She warned that, in the future, some might use the donations against May, claiming they contributed to her children’s school fees and in turn entitled to certain opinions about the family.
“Just buy her products and put her in your prayers, pls that enough Biko nu. Because ndi Instagram tomorrow now, some will say na so they help pay school fees biko nu Dalu shallom,” she stated while many agreed to her point in the comments.
