Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal have clinched top spot in Group F with a 3-0 win over Turkey in Dortmund.

Bernardo Silva opened scoring for Roberto Martinez’s side with a simple tap-in from close range, putting Portugal ahead early.
Their lead was doubled on the half-hour mark due to a sad own goal, caused by a mix-up in the Turkish defense.
Bruno Fernandes sealed the win just before the hour mark, slotting home after being set up by Ronaldo.
