Daddy Freeze reacts as court upholds N5M fine over affair with married woman
Controversial OAP, Daddy Freeze addresses the decision of the Appeal Court to pay a fine of N5M to one Paul Odekina who was married to Benedicta Elechi at the time an adulterous act was committed.
On February 18, 2021, a High Court of Rivers State sitting in Port Harcourt, had ordered Daddy Freeze to pay N5m for committing adultery with one Benedicta Elechi.
Daddy Freeze, not satisfied with the High Court’s judgement, approached the Appeal Court for redress but the case was dismissed and the N5M fine upheld.
Addressing the allegations of cheating with a married woman, the OAP stated on his live show that the allegations were not true.
He argued that he did not commit adultery crime with another man’s wife while lambasting those suggesting he committed the act based on the court’s ruling.
