Liverpool reach agreement to extend Mohamed Salah’s stay at Anfield
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is reportedly on the verge of signing a new contract, extending his stay beyond 2025.
According to The Mirror, an agreement has been reached following weeks of negotiations between Liverpool’s management and Salah’s representatives.
Initially, the Reds were prepared to offer only a one-year extension, but Salah’s agent, Rammy Abbas, pushed for a three-year deal.
A compromise has been reached, with Salah expected to sign a two-year extension.

Money was reportedly never a major issue in the discussions.
Salah remains a vital figure in Liverpool’s title charge, notching 13 goals and 8 assists in 14 Premier League matches this season.
Since joining in 2017, the Egyptian forward has scored an impressive 226 goals in 370 appearances, helping the club secure major honours, including the Premier League and Champions League titles.
