Justice Bola Okikiolu Ighile, the Chairman of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC), undertook a significant working visit to Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area, where she was warmly received by the Executive Chairman, Engr. Dr. Valentine Buraimoh who is making commendable preparations for the upcoming local government elections.During this productive visit, Justice Ighile and the Executive Chairman discussed critical steps to ensure a seamless electoral process.

Engr. Valentine highlighted the local government’s commitment to facilitating a transparent and credible election. He emphasized the importance of engaging with community stakeholders and fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration leading up to the elections.

In a move that underscores his dedication to the electoral process, the Executive Chairman announced the construction of a well-equipped five-room apartment designated for the accommodation of LASIEC officials during the election period.
