BREAKING; Corpse of Muhammdu Buhari arrives in Nigeria
The corpse of former Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Nigeria.
Recall that Muhammadu Buhari passed away on July 13, 2025, aged 3, in London.
A video circulating online shows the corpse being received at the Umaru Musa Yar’adua International Airport, Katsina.
The body, draped in the Nigerian flag, was escorted by military officials from a Nigerian Air Force aircraft.
Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, and family members accompanied the remains, while Governor Dikko Radda and other prominet dignitaries received the corpse
The corpse arrived at 1:59 pm on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Buhari will be buried in Daura, Katsina State, after a military farewell ceremony and Jana’iza.
Meanwhile, security has been tightened in Katsina and Daura as thousands of mourners gather to pay their respects.
