Former presidential candidate, Peter Obi opens up on why he couldn’t come to Buhari’s burial on Tuesday.
It would be recalled that the former president was interred on Tuesday in his home in Daura, Katsina state.

Many dignitaries had shown up for the burial ceremony to pay their last respects.
Peter Obi who was absent at the burial explained that he couldn’t get any flights coming to Katsina, and the airport in the state weren’t receiving any because of the event.
He said …
“It was difficult coming here yesterday because there was no flight. Even if there was a flight, you can’t land in Katsina airport. It was all closed because there was a lot of dignitaries. Anyone who comes today or tomorrow is still part of the mourning…”
