I’ll vote APC, not ADC – ADC Rep Leke Abejide
Leke Joseph Abejide, a member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) representing Kogi State in the House of Representatives, has declared his intention to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 presidential election, rather than his own party or the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The revelation came during an interview shared on TikTok, where Abejide was asked about his political preference for the upcoming election.
In the discussion with correspondent Seun, he was asked if he would publicly urge voters to support the APC instead of the ADC in 2027. Abejide responded in the affirmative.
He explained that his decision was based on political pragmatism, stating, “Do you want my people to waste their votes by voting for people who can’t produce anything?”
When asked if ADC members were aware of his stance, Abejide said yes, adding that the party chairman had once supported Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
According to him, when it comes to presidential elections, ADC members often have varied interests.
His remarks have sparked widespread reactions online, with many taking to the comment section of the post to share their views.
