“Regina is a victim of her mother’s greed” – VeryDarkMan speaks out, blasts Rita Daniels
Popular Nigerian social activist, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has taken to social media to criticize Rita Daniels, mother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, over her daughter’s marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko.
The activist alleged that Regina’s union was heavily influenced by her mother’s pursuit of wealth rather than her daughter’s happiness.
VDM Accuses Rita Daniels of Pushing Regina Into Marriage
In a video shared on his verified Instagram page, VDM claimed that Rita Daniels coerced her daughter into marrying Ned Nwoko at a very young age.
He said: “Rita Daniels pushed her daughter into that marriage because of money. Regina was just 19 then; she didn’t even explore her youth before being handed over to a man old enough to be her father.”
VDM further suggested that Rita Daniels prioritized financial gains over Regina’s personal freedom and emotional well-being.
Rita Daniels Defends Self
Rita Daniels recently responded to online criticism, defending both her actions and her daughter’s marriage.
She denied that Regina married Ned for money, asserting instead that the billionaire politician benefited from Regina’s fame and resources.
VDM Doubles Down
Not satisfied by Rita’s defense, VDM doubled down on his criticism, insisting that the actress must acknowledge her role in Regina’s current struggles.
He said: “Rita Daniels is the reason Regina is suffering now. She didn’t let her daughter live her life. She sold her off because she saw Ned’s billions. Now she’s crying foul. Regina still loves Ned; I can see it. But she’s a victim — a victim of her mother’s decisions.”
