Nigerian music star Davido has shared an emotional reflection on friendship after watching the growing bond between entertainers Kolu and Carter Efe, saying it reminds him of his long-standing relationship with his close associate, Israel.

Davido noted that although people often make jokes about his friendship with Israel, the bond runs deep and is built on trust, loyalty, and emotional support.

It’s just as how people dey always laugh me and Israel, but at the end of the day that’s one of my best friends, that’s somebody I can cry to and it’s just life. You guys don’t know the amount of joy you’re putting into people’s lives, people that are going through stuffs…”
