Selman: Lawyer shares what Sandra Areh must do or else regret
A Nigerian lawyer, Barrister Atanda Olatunji, has gone viral after advising Lady Sandra Areh on what to do amid growing rumours about her relationship with Apostle Joshua Selman.
Lawyer Raises Alarm Over Long-Standing Rumours
In a Facebook post that has since gained attention, Atanda claimed Sandra Areh, an interior designer, has been close to Apostle Selman for over a decade.
He said their bond has become a subject of public discussion, especially after scenes from Sandra’s birthday celebration went viral.
According to him, Sandra risks losing any legal claim if the relationship does not end in marriage.
Call for ‘Agreement of Promise to Marry’
The lawyer advised Sandra to protect herself legally by asking the cleric to sign an agreement of promise to marry.
He stressed that emotions should not override legal sense.
Birthday Photos Fuel Speculation
Atanda pointed to images from Sandra’s birthday as proof of their closeness, saying the attention she received from Apostle Selman was noticeable.
Fear of Regret If Nothing Is Done
The barrister warned that Sandra should not complain in the future if another woman eventually becomes Selman’s wife, insisting that the law does not work on emotions.
She Has a Lot to Lose
Atanda further argued that Sandra’s public closeness to the preacher may have discouraged other suitors over the years.

The legal practitioner went as far as offering his services at no cost, insisting the move is necessary and urgent.
He wrote:
“LADY SANDRA AREH MUST GET APOSTLE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT OF PROMISE TO MARRY OR SHE IS BOUND TO LOOSE HER LEGAL STAND.
“Reports have it that this Lady Sandra Areh has been with Apostle Selman for over 15 years in the ministry.
“Report also have it that, she is single and our lovely Apostle is yet to get married too.
“From her birthday pictures, we can see the closeness and the special attention she gets from Apostle.
“Atanda is here with his Legal advice.
“This lady must act now, she needs to go legal and make sure Apostle signs an agreement to marry her.”
