Manchester United prepare €100m bid for Xavi Simons amidst Bayern Munich interest
Manchester United are reportedly ready to enter the battle for Xavi Simons, competing with Bayern Munich for the Dutch midfielder.
According to Bild, United are preparing a substantial €100 million offer to secure Simons from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The 21-year-old has reportedly expressed a desire to leave PSG this summer, with Bayern Munich initially emerging as favorites.
RB Leipzig also remain optimistic about bringing Simons back after his successful loan spell last season.

Personal terms have reportedly been agreed upon between Simons’ management and Bayern.
However, Manchester United’s entry into the race complicates the situation, with the Premier League giants poised to table huge sum of money.
Despite the many interests, PSG are reluctant to sell Simons this summer.
Bayern Munich retains an edge by offering Simons the prospect of Champions League football, a known factor in the player’s decision-making process.
As it stands, no agreement has been reached with PSG, leaving the door open for Manchester United to make their move.
