Chelsea prepare Pedro Lima deal with Strasbourg as player set to join from Sport Recife
RC Strasbourg Alsace are on the verge of signing 17-year-old Brazilian full-back Pedro Lima from Sport Recife.
The plan is to link the youngster with a move to Chelsea in the future, after spending some time with the West London’s sister club.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, only final details remain before the deal is completed.
Lima is set to follow the path of fellow Brazilians Ângelo Gabriel and Andrey Santos, joining Strasbourg initially to gain first-team experience.

This move aligns with Chelsea’s strategy of acquiring promising South American talent and gradually integrating them into their squad.
Despite reported late interest from Real Madrid, Lima has committed to Strasbourg.
An agreement on personal terms has also been reached, and once the clubs finalize the transfer fee, Lima will officially join RCSA.
This move will allow him to develop in European football, with a long-term goal of establishing himself at Chelsea.
