Napoli secured their third consecutive victory with a 4-0 win over Cagliari, courtesy of a strong partnership between Romelu Lukaku and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The both stars scored while assisting each other.

Lukaku, making his first start for Antonio Conte’s side after a dazzling debut off the bench against Parma, combined well with Kvaratskhelia, who recovered from an ankle knock to start.

Napoli opened the scoring through Giovanni Di Lorenzo, whose shot was deflected off Yerry Mina, wrong-footing Cagliari goalkeeper Simone Scuffet.

The game was briefly interrupted after 25 minutes due to crowd disturbances between Napoli and Cagliari supporters, but play resumed after seven minutes.

Napoli doubled their lead in the second half when Lukaku played Kvaratskhelia through, and the Georgian winger drilled his shot into the bottom corner.

Moments later, Scuffet’s mistake while playing out from the back allowed Kvaratskhelia to set up Lukaku for an easy finish from 12 yards.

Late in the match, Alessandro Buongiorno sealed the win with a header from a David Neres corner, completing Napoli’s dominant display.
