Maryam Apaokagi, as Taaooma, is a Nigerian comedian, content producer, cinematographer, and social media influencer. She is the CEO and founder of Chop Tao, a cuisine company, and also directs for The Greenade Company, a cinematography agency. She is recognised for performing several characters in her skits.

Maryiam Apaokaigi spent the majority of her early years in Namibia. She studied Tourism and Travel Service Management at Kwara State University. After getting her fiancé to teach her the fundamentals of video editing, she launched her online comedy career in 2015.
Career
She rose to prominence in 2019 with a sketch about African parents transporting their children to school. In 2019, she was on the cover of Media Room Hub’s July issue. Her comic sketches revolve around exposing African mothers and their unique method of disciplining African children with a slap.

Taaooma husband
Apaokagi married her fiancé, Abdulaziz Oladimeji (called Abula), on January 24, 2021, after they got engaged in Namibia in February 2020. Taaooma uploaded a video with the baby on December 5, 2024, indicating that the pair had a baby girl.
