Lady lands in Police station after guests refused to pay for birthday dinner
A lady has reportedly landed in the police station in the UK after her guests refused to pay for her birthday dinner.
An X user, simply identified as Oba, narrated the story on his page.
He stated that the lady had hosted a birthday dinner with over 40 guests to celebrate her birthday in Manchester.
However, things took a different turn when she asked her guests to pay for the food they are during the dinner party.
The guests however declined, arguing that they were not informed prior to the dinner and therefore will not foot the bills.
Things escalated rather quickly and the restaurant manager called the police on them.
Birthday girl ended up spending the rest of her birthday in the Police station.
This has led to a buzz on the internet, with netizens airing their opinions.
