A Nigerian fashion designer voices her frustration after catching one of her apprentices with a stash of over 100 yards of stolen fabrics.

In a viral video circulating on social media, the designer explained the preventive measures she had implemented to curb theft, including barring staff from bringing bags into the workplace and conducting searches at closing hours with the help of a security guard.

Despite these efforts, fabrics of various sizes had been mysteriously disappearing, causing growing frustration.

Determined to get to the root of the matter, the designer took it upon herself to inspect her apprentices’ belongings. To her shock, she discovered a Ghana-Must-Go bag owned by one staff member, filled with stolen fabrics.

In the video, the designer is seen attempting to question the apprentice about the theft, but the individual remains silent. Among the stolen items was a piece of netting reported missing just a day prior.

The visibly distressed designer expressed her frustration over the betrayal but found solace in uncovering the truth behind the repeated losses.

The incident has sparked discussions online about workplace theft and trust issues within small businesses. Many viewers sympathized with the designer, while others called for stricter enforcement of workplace security.
