A Nigerian lady has shared how she was sacked from work after complimenting colleague who had just returned from leave.
The lady, identified by the TikTok handle @preciousonyegu, shared that the incident left her devastated and annoyed.

According to @preciousonyegu, she complimented her colleague on weight gain, which the management labeled as body‑shaming.
Furthermore, she shared that her colleague broke down in tears over the remark about her weight and reported her to management.
”Imagine someone came back from leave and I told her that she’s looking good and has added some weight. Do you know they tagged it bodyshaming?.This lady started crying. Before I could know it, she reported me to the management“, She stated.
